Founder: Ian Chamberlain, the founder of Powderpages.com, is a passionate skier, family man, and winter enthusiast with a deep love for powder. Raised in Southwest Colorado, Ian’s affinity for the mountains and snow began early in life. He attended Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado, where he not only pursued his academic endeavors but also honed his skiing skills on the slopes of Crested Butte, ultimately earning a Ph.D. in skiing powder.
After skiing throughout the western US and Canada, Ian returned to his roots in Southwest Colorado, where he now resides with his wife and two children. As a dedicated husband and father, Ian eagerly anticipates introducing his kids to the wonders of the backcountry and instilling in them the same appreciation for powder skiing that has shaped his life. In the mountains of Southern Colorado, Ian Chamberlain continues to pursue his passion, both as a skier and as the visionary founder of Powderpages.com, sharing his love for winter adventures with like-minded enthusiasts around the world.
